The objective of this program
To equip you with simple and powerful coaching tools — especially the GROW model — to help the people that you coach, think clearly, take responsibility, and move forward feeling empowered.
Participants will practice real workplace situations and receive personal coaching to strengthen their confidence and presence.
After this you will be better able to:
- Use the GROW model to structure coaching conversations that create clarity, commitment, and accountability.
- Ask powerful questions that help people generate their own solutions.
- Strengthen ownership by guiding colleagues to define their next steps.
- Stay present and listen deeply — even under pressure.
- Avoid the trap of over-solving, rescuing, or doing the thinking for others.
- Support colleagues in navigating obstacles with confidence and accountability.
- Build a culture of continuous learning and responsibility.

Workshop content
